Actual staffing for the L5 project

The conf files installed to /usr/share/alsa/ucm2/simple-card/{Librem 5.conf,HiFi.conf} aren’t applying. We need to move them to the new location (under conf.d) that path is deprecated.

This workaround worked, reflect this change in librem5-base: sudo cp /usr/share/alsa2/ucm2/simple-card/* /usr/share/alsa2/ucm2/conf.d/simple-card/
