A workaround is to make the post into a wiki if your trust level is 3 or higher.

Anyway, it looks as if you have a solution.

Took me six months but here I am, wielding the level 3 badge again!

However, I don’t see a wrench icon nor the “Make Wiki” option the documentation says I’m supposed to be seeing.

Here’s all I have:
