Yes. The form filler functionality is expected in the next major release of GNOME Web, which is 47. It has been recently completed in version 47.beta per the changelog. There is some information about it in the merge request by Jan-Michael Brummer, which is based on the work by Abdullah Alansari on issue #193. I would wait for the release, but it is also possible to install the development version from GNOME nightly flatpaks, which is intended for testing new features and reporting issues.
