I would have needed to boot into the OS first to do that. Maybe chrooting using Jumpdrive is possible, I’ve read about it in another thread.
I’ve installed updates and it’s still working, so it must’ve been the full filesystem that caused a failed kernel installation. I’m surprised that the kernel update procedure doesn’t have any failsafe to prevent this.
