Clocks app on Pureos Store wrong version?

I am trying to install the Clocks version 47.0 which has the ability to wake from suspend but each time I install it I get version 40.0 . There are two versions of clocks in the store. The 40.0 which is the one preinstalled and 47.0 which apparently doesn’t install correctly ?

2 things:

  1. You are using PureOS Byzantium, aren’t you? In this case version 40.0 is the most up to date version.
  2. Version 47.0 cannot wake up the phone from suspend.

On the other thread an user was backporting newer versions to Byzantium. You can’t just apt install it (that’s why we want Crimson). The other thing is, that the plain version of this app does not support what you want, yet. Guido told you need to build it from another git branch that is not the main branch.

Thanks for your reply . Its now crystal clear. It just appeared strange me that the store had two different versions to install. Hopefully we get Crimson soon
