I am frustrated that my Librem 5 USA phone was working when I got it and had my AweSIM connecting me to make phone calls and texts. I haven’t used it for months and today I find out that although I’ve been paying $99/mo for AweSIM, the prior service no longer works!!!

I contacted Purism support today.
They have already contacted me and I can get a refund or credit towards future charges with a new (required) replacement SIM card to connect to the network.
