Is the device being incredibly slow a normal issue? Mine takes a while to do just about anything and I was curious if this was normal or perhaps a defect.
I think the absolutely wonderful @dos may have solved my power issues.
It may be worth noting that I am running KDE Plasma on Mobian but did run PureOS for some time.
Not for me. I think starting the browser and browsing the over-engineered pile-of-crap web sites that are around these days is a bit slow. But other things are responsive enough.
However I think most customers are running PureOS, so it is difficult for us to separate out the three aspects:
I suggest that you go back to a standard install for a while.
Even that is fast if you NoScript
