After a 3 month long struggle trying to get the phone to be a phone, I have given up.
Selling the phone, (Condition as new).
Preferably to a person from my area, Toronto.

Why do you think that your L5 is not a phone? I can do and receive with mine one calls without any problem. Ok, mine is the non US version 
It can depend on your country and your carrier.
Maybe someone in Canada can comment.
I’m not in that area, and I can imagine the challenges with the phone’s development and use… I wish I could afford one or justify spending that much.
