Yes. I think the issue is with the package servers themselves, you can see that it tries to load up (for example) https://repo.pureos.net/pureos/pool/main/e/emacs/emacs-common_26.3+1-2_all.deb but if you browse to
https://repo.pureos.net/pureos/pool/main/e/emacs/
the file is named
emacs-common_26.1+1-3.2+deb10u1_all.deb
so it’s the +deb10u1 that’s the issue.
