I appreciate that Nicole jumped in and explained the situation in this thread. As I mentioned before, the manufacturing and hardware R&D part of the business is the area I’m least experienced in (but it’s super fascinating and for those of you who haven’t worked in it I recommend learning more about it) and it’s an area I don’t work in directly day-to-day (that’s where Nicole comes in!) so I apologize that I didn’t have all the information everyone wanted on this.
Now that it’s resolved I’m going to close this thread so we can all move on to other things.
