It would be amazing if we could get updates (and even a full page showing this and shipping info). Any delays could also be appended to this subpage so that it could help useability and end user convenience. Especially if the user/customer is awaiting on particular replacement parts. I myself have talked to support several times now regarding when they will get a Librem 11 display (even though I’ve paid for it).

If you have raised a ticket then this kind of update and follow-up should happen out of the potentially hypothetical new ticket system.

That’s a given, there are tons of stuff that can be improved, but unless they open up to let customers volunteer to fix stuff (signing NDAs and such to legally protect themselves) should be fine.
