It is possible to add links above the purism logo on the forum. However changing the logo link to go the puri.sm page is not possible without altering the forum software. I think also since discourse has the same functionality on all of its forums it is a learned function and changing it would be more confusing.
Putting links to the product pages and shop would be a good idea though.
