Right, due to Tor exit relays being public, it is easy to block them, so some circumvention methods are Tor → VPN or a high anonymous/elite proxy. I am currently researching about the latter so that I could deploy it on the OVHcloud VPS for the Purism community, although I have yet to find a turnkey solution.
For concern of your safety, I suggest keeping your Tor Browser habits to yourself to prevent behavioral fingerprinting.
