What is the right place to post pre-sales questions?

This is a community forum. But if you are lucky you might get answers here from Purism employees too.

you might @ at somebody from Purism and they might respond here …
or simply email support@puri.sm or if you know it you could email somebody from the support team directly … if it’s extremely sensitive you could send them an encrypted email by using their public-key …

Here could be the right place but it would help to say what product.
If none of us owns the product then we can’t help. So if it’s Librem Server, best to ask Purism directly. If it’s Librem 5, why not see whether the community can help or direct you better?
