PureBrowser 68.4 upgrade: lost profiles & .desktop

After most recent Purebrowser update to 68.4 I’m experiencing the following:

1. PureBrowser no longer available in application launcher
2. Default GNOME browser launches Frierfox ESR
3. Firefox ESR launches with old profiles (from an earlier manual ESR install, since removed)
   What’s the best way to restore ? It seems like maybe the update symlinked to an older ESR install…
   Do I need to move PureBrowser most recent profile to ESR or link ESR back to old PureBrowser?

Missing Pure Browser

@nomadicoder We have deprecated Purebrowser in favor of GNOME Web (epiphany), that will be the default in future versions of PureOS. But Firefox-esr will be made available in the repositories. As for the current version of pureOS, we have replaced purebrowser by Firefox-ESR. If you type firefox in your activity window you should be able to find it. For profile recovery:

~/.purism/purebrowser #<-- old
~/.mozilla/firefox  # <-- new for ESR

Purebrowser removed after update

@mladen Right decision. I had to copy the profile from ~/.purism/purebrowser to ~/.mozilla/firefox
