How long does shipping take?
To Austria: 6-10 business days (I used a calculator from here: https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request)
How much does it cost and who pays it?
International shipping (via USPS Priority Mail Express Intl) costs $80 ($155 with insurance), and you are paying it.
How does warrenty work? Who has to pay shipping in case warrenty?
In case of a hardware failure, you send us laptop, we fix it and send you back. In this case we are paying the shipping.
Do you have any resellers in Austria?
We are negotiating a Europe reseller, but it won’t be up and running at least until the spring next year.
