In regards to the German keyboard you might have some issues atm.
Due to the corona virus stocks have been delayed and it’s a while before they get any more in. See here.
However in regards to postage and resellers I’m not, last time I checked it was still a while off, there must be some issues.
They are actively trying to get an EU (likely German) reseller, I’m pretty sure they have employees who live in Germany so it’s in their own interest. It’s just a case of time I guess.
