Looks like the HDCP can be disabled via Cadence_Mailbox but i untested because Phosh looks Android which demotivated me to Pirate 
from Librem-5 Ship.
Also if the Opensource-BLOB-HDMI 
can be removed from L5 it will a Milestone. I fine to removed from boot and funtions until a new Libre BIN.
In Silicon, there are no Padlocks, only Registers that we have not yet learned to Write.
