Right place but that seems more like a specific app problem, which has nothing to do with the OS. Are you using a web browser (which one?) or some specific app to do that?
As I did a search, I see that Pithos seems to be probably the only app specifically designed to support Pandora in linux - have you tried it? Installation command via terminal is sudo apt install pithos and flatpak version (if you have that set up with Flathub) is a bit more up to date there (Install Pithos on Linux | Flathub) at the moment. Third option is to use the source from https://pithos.github.io/. If the problem is there, you may get better help contacting that app if it’s something to do with Pandora’s own protocols or codecs (which that “pandorav7://” seems to refer to - unfortunately these are not familiar to me).
For other problems, I suggest doing at least three checks first: if there is something about it in the community wiki, if there is something in the old community threads (search) and if there is something online (sometimes linux stuff is just linux stuff). If not, separate threads for separate topics is preferred. You should edit the topic for this one to something Pandora related too, for it to be more searchable for the next one looking for help.
