This is a bug in Debian, of which PureOS is a derivative of. I also had it on my Librem Minis.

As mentioned in this post, the consensus seems to be to just remove “command-not-found”.

Command-not-found

Some others have reported this as well. I think the consensus is to just remove the command-not-found package. I believe sudo apt remove command-not-found will do it.
