Right cameras worked on the Pinephone used to test. There is talk of this coming to the Librem 5, but as of right now, video calling through Dino do not work. Audio does, and you will see the video of the other person, but you will not broadcast any video.
The hardware between the Pinephone and the Librem 5 is VERY different. Assumptions of things working because they work on the other is folly at best.
