While not a phone, a Raspberry Pi 3B+ makes a decent comparison to the system as a whole
The phone’s hardware is either identical to (CPU) or going to be a fair bit stronger than the Pi (3x the RAM which will also be faster, 3x the 3D acceleration), but the real similarity is the OS. Both run what is essentially Debian so the overall system responsiveness will be directly comparable between the two (but again, noticeably better on the phone because of the increased RAM).
