I don’t know specific details but have been informed that there have been issues sending and receiving email to/from Purism corporate email servers today. The start of the outage is unclear but may have begun as early as 13 September. System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve the situation as quickly as they can.
In the meantime, out of caution, all Support service desk correspondence is queued/paused until we can confirm outbound email functionality. Librem One Mail is isolated from this system and appears unaffected.
