A few questions about PureOS

Hi, I tried to installed WinUAE through WINE, it needs the i386 files which PureOS doesn’t support, when I update PureOS I get 'failed to refresh cache: W: Skipping acquire of configured file ‘main/binary-i386/Packages’ as a repository ‘https://repo.pureos.net/pureos green InRelease’ doesnt support architecture ‘i386’

How can I stop this error message?

PureOS’ website says its up to version 8, is it always updated via software updates or do i need to overinstall each version with an iso image? how do i tell what version Im running? the details page says Gnome 3.0.

PureOS has just updated itself and ive lost Ublock Origins in return for built in Tracking Protection, why? Isnt Ublock Origins one of the best trackers? TP looks very basic.

You can’t stop the error message really. Not without PureOS changing its policy of not doing i386 builds.

Yes.

No, this is not necessary.

We’re not certain why, we’re looking at upstream bug reports to try to determine.

Isnt Ublock Origins one of the best trackers?

Yes.

TP looks very basic

I think it is actually pretty sophisticated and effective, but it’s new so I’ll need to learn more.
