what kind of efix and metadata are being saved when taking photo or videos with librem 5
is there any gnome app to remove them ?

At the current time, basically none unless you customise the postprocess script to make it otherwise.
I use exiv2
to remove metadata when that is appropriate.

Here’s what a typical L5 image metadata looks like:
As you can see, it’s not much and even info like exposure and ISO speed are missing/wrong. The most that there is now is, is identifying marks that it was taken with an a linux phone.

I suppose even that information fingerprints your device though - if you are in a situation where that is a concern.
Bottom line: exiv2 rm your.jpg
