After update, stuck in gnome-initial-setup pls help!

I’m a mediocre Linux user. Recently ran a upgrade through the GUI gnome updater on my Librem 15v4. Now I’m stuck in it prompting the initial setup and I can’t get it to load my primary user account. How can I fix this? Thanks

If you haven’t already, you should email support@puri.sm for any kind of tech support, although someone here might be able to chime in with some ideas. :slight_smile:

When you say “initial setup,” do you mean it’s behaving as if it’s a fresh installation?

Yes, that’s correct, where you first connect to wifi, create a user account, etc. My original user account and files are still in tact, but for some reason after the update, it has borked my user login
