Am I being unreasonable?

My screen hinge went bust around early April.
My initial email to Purism was around the 13 of April
Every email sent to Purism customer support takes long time to receive a reply.

To date my issue is not resolved.

I feel let down by Purism.
Am I being unreasonable??

hm, idk if the delay may be caused due the corona-virus or if their reply to your issue landed on your spam-folder?

from my experience with purism customer support, i always got a reply within 2 days.

Yeah maybe.

Any how I have been contaced by them now and things seem to move.
