After excruciating emails with support, and doing what they said, they finally considered it might be their problem, looked, and found it was.
Their reset link set me back this morning with yet a different snag. Too sick to puzzle thru it, I took a break.
Enough minutae: If you have login problems and are new to Librem.One or Puri.sm, it may be them, not you. Persist with support, holler if you need help, and report any similar problems here.
