Apt update ./. PureOS Store

This is what I see on shell:

All packages are up to date.

and the screenshot shows what the app PureOS Store thinks. Why it even wants to downgrade versions?

That looks like flatpak stuff. Apt doesn’t handle those. Not sure about the downgrading though.
