Hi all. I got my phone and AweSIM but there is a question mark where the SIM logo is on the phone and no service. No calls, text, internet even with wifi. I contacted support but little help. I was hoping to use this as my primary (due to the cost) but it’s not looking good. Please help
What did support say that hasn’t worked?
They asked to restart the phone and double check the installation of the SIM. Which I did prior to reaching out. They are great, I know the team isn’t huge but this is now my primary phone so i’m stressing a bit.
I would try the following:
- boot without SIM, wifi should work without a sim card
- boot with a different SIM card to check if there is something wrong with your awesim
Double check your APN settings while you’re at it.
