Is there a way of knowing how ‘healthy’ the librem 13 v3 battery is?

You can type
upower -d
in a terminal. The output looks something like:

  native-path:          BAT
  vendor:               TPS

    present:             yes
    rechargeable:        yes

    energy-rate:         6.29 W
    voltage:             8.331 V

    capacity:            100%

“Capacity” is what you are looking for. Also “energy-full” tells you your current max Wh.
