What is the best support channel for account related issues for librem.one?
I created a free account, but wanted upgrade to a paid account. I understand that the upgrade capability is not available yet. So I deleted my account, and tried to create a new paid account with my old @librem.one address, but now I’m getting the error that the account already exists. I’d like my old username, but with a paid account so I can use the librem.one email address in addition to the other features.
Some of the services have 30 day grace periods for account deletion, some a week. It is configurable to never permit you to use the same username. Getting in touch with Purism is certainly your best bet.
