Black screen of dearh

Hello,

My Librem 14 suddenly has a black screen when I log in to the user. How can I do a factory reset that will delete everything. The disc encryption password, wipe the drive and install the latest PureOS. I also will need to fix my Librem key because on the last factor reset I tried I want to make sure it is working properly. I have the gold thumb drive if that will help with the factory reset. Thanks for the help.

If Iā€™m not mistaken this will reset the gpg card. I need to do a factory reset and a clean install of PureOs.

If you can tell me how to do this step by step I would appreciate it.
