I might be late to the party and I don’t know how long this has been fixed, but yesterday I noticed I could use my Bluetooth headphones as input in voice calls on my L5! And, importantly, the sound quality was good for the other end. I’m very happy, thanks to the unknown persons who fixed it!

If this was ever broken, it must have been fixed years ago, as I don’t recall anything changing around these bits for a while 
(it is broken on Redpine cards though and will likely stay this way there)

That must be it! I replaced my Redpine card a couple of months ago. The SparkLAN is superior in every way I can tell, and this is a nice bonus

I will have to give it a try too. I upgraded from Redpine to SparkLAN when it was first offered. I never bothered to try bluetooth headphones as input since it was broken under Redpine for so long.
