I’m not sure if something has changed with this tool as it has been updated a couple times but now when I run it, it takes forever to load up and many times (more often than not) it gives me the message described in the subject heading.
Any ideas?
Mine shows everything when the modem is on.

What version of BM818-tool are you using?
I’m running bm818-tools 0.6-0pureos1 and this version shows the firmware info and without start-up delays.
