Boot characteristics - Coreboot

So am I correct in thinking that Coreboot replaces Seabios?

If you are using Coreboot then there isn’t any bios GUI you can access outside of a boot menu?

Does this mean to toggle settings for TPM or any other bios level option(s) you’d need to recompile Coreboot with the new setting(s)?

No, seabios is a payload on top of coreboot. The only other coreboot payload I am aware of is tianocore which has more features such as UEFI, but I don’t know how stable and mature it is and have not tested it.
