I’ve been trying for over a month to upgrade to the family plan. It tells me I’m successful, but there is never a link to add users. Also my bill stays at the 7.99/month single user plan.

And the addendum I presume. There must be some bug in the web page that does not notify accounting. Or something in accounting that does not change the status in my account. Kind of funny actually.l
I don’t mind the month long wait, being a senior citizen I let actions hover expecting results over the long term.
