Hi. I recently moved and am updating my account information. There is a way to edit the shipping address and I have successfully changed that to my new address. I can find no way to update the billing address, though. When it hit “edit,” I can only change my email address; my billing address remains unchanged. Also, I checked my order (for the Librem 5), and it still shows the old address. Is there a way to change the billing address on the site?
You cannot change address for the existing order, so please contact @support with your details (your order number and new shipping address). We will also change your billing address for your account.
Make sure to contact us from the address you used to create the order.
