Can't decrypt after re-flashing

I just reflashed my Librem5 (Must be Evergreen I think. (L5v1-05) using these instructions:

Reflashing seems to work fine but when I start my device, I asked for an encryption phrase. I enter one and the device seems to reboot, asking me again for a decryption phrase. If I enter the same phrase, it doesnt decrypt. it always says bad pw or bad options? Ive reflashed 3 times now, even minimalising the passphrase to 1111. But this too doesnt work. It just can’t decrypt.

Any ideas on that topic? Thanks a lot!

Documentation:

Default LUKS and user account passphrase is 123456.

For basic sanity check, you could reflash to the unencrypted (plain) variant.

You would want to photograph the screen for the exact actual error message.

By the by, there’s an annoying bug where if you enter the LUKS passphrase incorrectly the first time and enter it correctly on the second attempt, you still get an error message (i.e. the error message from the first time is not cleared from the screen, so it looks as if it failed again) even though it does work. This could be confusing if you are not expecting it.
