Cant log in to librem one

Hi, is anyone else having trouble logging into librem one?

My Purism account is fine and in subscriptions it states active, but the librem one log in page wont recognise username and password?

  • A description of your problem
  • Librem One handle: username@librem.one
  • Purism order number
  • Billing email address
