Category confusion

I’m confused by All Categories vs Categories on https://forums.puri.sm/

I recently started a new topic in Software as what seemed to be the best choice from All Categories. After posting, then looking in Categories, I think that I should have posted in the Privacy & Security subcategory under General.

I would appreciate it if the topic Xz backdoor compromises ssh (Xz backdoor compromises ssh)
in Software is moved to Privacy & Security under General.

Done. I would be surprised if you can’t move your own topic though. (Pencil icon to right of topic title)

Thanks, that seems to be the case. I had no idea and am used to forums where the OP can’t even edit the thread title. I guess that I need to boost the priority of reading the various tutorials.
