Changing GPG Keys

Hi,

Pureboot latest version 20:
I did a factory reset and used a new smart card (LK: 3.3v).
At the end of the process everything works fine.

However, now I like to use my old smart card with my old keys (NK: 3.3v) again.
I follow the instructions as at: https://docs.puri.sm/PureBoot/GettingStarted.html: Changing GPG Keys.

The first step “Options → GPG Options → Replace GPG key(s) in the current ROM + reflash” seems to work fine.

However, the second step “Options → Update checksums and sign all files in /boot” always ends with: “Failed to update checksum / sign default config”.

A reboot results with the following:

*** Found vereified kexec boot params
gpg: verify signatures failed: Unknown system error
Invalid signature on kexec boot params
!!! Failed default boot
New value pf PCR[] 4: …
!!! Starting recovery shell

When going to **Options → Boot Option → Show OS boot menu", no selection is show and the main menu is displayed.

Kind regards,

Since I could not resovle the above issue, I switched to coreboot with Purism’s utility.
This worked very well and I do not have any trouble for the moment.
Eventually, I will return to Pureboot in the future.

Kind regards,
