Contacted support, still didn't get a reply again

I want to upgrade to a monthly plan of $7.99 for everything so that I can use all the all the services from Librem One… I can’t seem to get any response from them. I just want to support Purism and enjoy these services…

It’s a Federal holiday in the U.S. today (Memorial Day) - and the end of a holiday weekend in which many Americans travel out of town - so he might not be around until later.

I appreciate the support. I wouldn’t have went here had I gotten no reply. I had last heard from support regarding this in December of 2023, and assumed they would get back to me. I as of this year decided to reach out again… But to no avail, just was curious what the issue was in regards to upgrading my account from their end, or something like that. I can’t seem to open any billing options on the Librem One site…

@nerd7473 I’m terribly sorry to hear that we’ve been unresponsive. I’ve reached out internally for comment. It sounds like there is currently a back-end issue with Librem One subscription upgrades, and we have some development staff working toward a solution.
