CPU temperature - different values librem_ec_acpi and coretemp

Hi could someone please explain to me why the librem_ec_acpi shows a way higher temerature than the the other sensors?

librem_ec_acpi-acpi-0
Adapter: ACPI interface
CPU fan: 2533 RPM
CPU temp: +70.0°C

coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Package id 0: +50.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 0: +47.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 1: +46.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 2: +46.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 3: +46.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 4: +47.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 5: +46.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

Fans seem to be spinning up according to the ec_acpi_sensor.

There’s a bug in EC that makes it reports 20C too high. This is fixed and should be available in the next EC upgrade. This will fix the fan kicking in too early.

Thanks man. Where do you get all the infos? Do you work for Purism?

Nah, I just lurk on the good rooms, and try to go to the bottom of the issues
