Way back in 2018 there was Purism blog post proclaiming that OMEMO would be supported out of the gate.
Fast forward eight years and I’m getting messages like this in chatty when trying to setup an OMEMO encrypted chat. “You received a message encrypted with OMEMO but your client doesn’t support OMEMO.”
I’m getting this on a PureOS 11 Crimson desktop with chatty Version: 0.8.0-1pureos5
My chatty settings have purple enabled. What gives? Am I missing something simple?
