Data connection lost (since kernel update to 6.6?)

I loose the data connection since a few weeks (I think since the kernel upgrade to 6.6) more often than before. Is anyone experiencing this too? I do have this workaround applied:

echo 5000 > /sys/devices/platform/soc@0/38200000.usb/xhci-hcd.4.auto/usb1/1-1/1-1.2/power/autosuspend_delay_ms

but still I loose the data connection every few days.

What this 5000 ms value should do exactly?

I run the above setting as well with 1500ms (not 5000ms). I don’t know and can’t proof if this is caused by the change, but from time to time (not always) the L5 comes out of suspend without any modem indicators (cell provider and 4G indicators) and I have to toggle the modem kill switch and enter the PIN to get them back.

Is there any other way to wake the modem up again?
