After reflashing my phone, I had it connected to my Nextdock360. I went to settings/users to change my pin code. There was a bar at the top of the screen with an unlock button. I clicked on it and another window popped up to enter the password. I entered the default password. Now, at the Authentication & Login window, I entered the default password again, The I tried to enter my new 8 digit pin. It wont accept the 8 digit numerical pin. It says “Try to avoid common words”. I’m just entering numbers. If you click the gears on the side of the empty password screen, it generates a complex password, that I wouldn’t remember. Now, if I unplug the phone from the Nexdock 360 and go to settings/user on the phone screen, there’s no bar at the top with an unlock button. I can click on the password field and change my password to the 8 digit numerical pin. Why would this act differently when plugged into the Nextdock360?

It’s adaptive software?
I would think that security stuff would be consistent across devices
