Disable auto full window screen

ISSUE:
I’ve noted that when docked, and opening files, their window loads in full screen mode. I gather that is standard for the L5.

QUESTION:
Is there a way when docked to prevent windows from snapping to full window when dragged too close to the edge? I gather it cannot be done when loading the program, but after manually dragging it away from edges, and resizing again?

Hey, that annoys me even on my desktop but, no, I don’t know how to stop it doing that. (On a desktop, just click the unmaximise icon in the window heading in order to restore the original size - but that doesn’t restore the original position. YMMV.)
