Has anyone found a solution to replace the OSX Dashboard + Widget library on Linux?
On standard linux distros, I quite like conky.
However, I noticed that it’s not in the PureOS repositories. Whether that’s because it doesn’t conform to the definitions of “free” software, or whether it’s an oversight, I’m not sure.
If you’re using Debian/Ubuntu, it can be install with a simple “sudo apt install conky”, but I’d be interested in something that’s compatible with PureOS, so if anyone else has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them too!
