Dual boot on librem 14?

what do I need to do to get a dual boot working with librem 14 and a librem key?

I want parrot os along side of pop os if possible.

There appear to be a number of existing topics on dual boot with Librem Key.

However you might want to confirm first that those operating systems each work well when used single boot in your environment.
